Relatech SPA in Rome, Italy, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi-team environment. You will manage end-to-end IT and software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones and with external clients.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is required, French is a plus, and professional PMP/PSM certifications are preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience with software development and client interaction.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and deployment standards.
• Experience managing Agile projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
