Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to manage operational aspects of the EMEA Service network for Market Units and Distributors/Service Partners, providing remote and on-site support to Field Engineers and ensuring timely resolution of customer cases.

You will analyze warranty cases, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with internal Service and Engineering teams during new product introductions, collecting field data for continuous product improvement.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with industrial chillers and air conditioners.
• Good written and communication skills in English.
• Self-organization of office and field activities; willing to travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Support regional service network for EMEA; field engineers remotely and on-site.
• Analyze warranty cases technically and justify acceptance/refusal.
• Prepare and distribute service technical documentation.
