Vertiv Group Corporation in Milan, Italy is seeking a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team responsible for installation, repair and preventive maintenance of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region.

The role drives operational excellence, team performance and customer satisfaction through strong leadership, KPI management, safety compliance and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics.

Competenze

• Formal engineering qualification and field service leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing field service teams in technical environments.
• Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Drive team performance through KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and support the development of technical and soft skills within the team.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
