Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform startup, maintenance, and emergency repairs on Vertiv air conditioning products and related systems. The role requires building strong rapport with customers, salespeople, and distributors, and maintaining open communication with the Call Control and department management.

You will respond to service calls, work after hours as needed, and ensure safety policies and ISO processes are followed, while traveling to customer sites and sometimes

Competenze

• Experience in a technical service or test environment for air conditioning equipment is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities are required.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively while handling pressure.

Mansioni

• Respond to service calls professionally.
• Perform startup, maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertiv air conditioning products and other contracted systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and current codes of practice/legislation.
