Vertiv Group Corporation in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Customer Engineer Thermal Management to provide hands-on support to the maintenance team and help ensure efficient operation of chiller systems. You will assist with scheduled and reactive maintenance, handle tools, support technicians, perform basic cleaning, and ensure safe access on site while following safety procedures.

The role offers a full-time position with a salary range of 32,449 to 40,561 EUR gross per year, with potential

Competenze

Experience in a technical service or test environment for Air Conditioning equipment.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous field service experience.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
Self-starter with time management and ability to work under pressure.
Valid driving license.

Mansioni

Assist with scheduled and reactive maintenance of chillers and related equipment.
Handle tools, materials and components as directed by service technicians.
Support technicians during tasks such as filter changes and coil cleaning.
Carry out basic cleaning and housekeeping of mechanical plant.
Transport parts to and from site.
Ensure safe access to equipment by setting up barriers, signage and access platforms.
Monitor inventory and report shortages.
