Vertiv Group Corporation in Milano is seeking a Field Service Technician to start up, maintain and repair Vertiv air conditioning products and other contracted systems. You will establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, sales staff, distributors, and others in the area, and keep a continuous line of communication with Call Control and the site Manager.

Competenze

• Experience in a technical service or test environment for air conditioning equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous field service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Mansioni

• Respond to service calls and perform maintenance/work as required.
• Work in a safe manner following safety policy.
• Travel to customer sites daily and be on call 24/7.
• Collaborate with supervisors, sales staff and managers.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with export/import and trade regulations.
