Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Italy is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to develop and administer field sales plans, deliver sales objectives, drive revenue growth, secure new business, and strengthen customer retention across the Lombardy region in line with business strategy and DHL guidelines.

You will respond to inquiries, build relationships to generate future sales, coordinate with internal teams to enhance service, and present proposals or demonstrations to customers with strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in freight forwarding sales.
At least B2 level English.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Office Suite.
Customer orientation and problem solving.
Autonomy and time management.
Proactivity and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth in the region.
Secure new business and grow core business.
Respond to inquiries and promote DHL products/services.
Identify prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales.
Develop and deliver bids, presentations, proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance sales and retention.
