IDEX is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to further develop business opportunities within the BAND-IT European Sales Region. This role is responsible for managing key regional distribution accounts and contributes to strategic plans to grow BAND-IT products.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong relationship-building skills. Knowledge of value-selling principles is essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or relevant selling experience.
• Experience with OEMs, contractors, and municipal partners.
• Ability to work independently and handle remote working conditions.

• Develop business and channel opportunities in European Sales Region.
• Conduct sales calls and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
• Prepare and present BAND-IT capabilities and solutions to customers.
