Job summary

Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions is seeking a Regional Commercial Director for South-East Europe & MEA to lead the commercial organization across the Southern Europe and MEA clusters, drive sales, and coordinate with Project Management and Service teams.

Reporting to the CCO, the role translates strategy into a structured sales plan, builds senior relationships, manages forecasting and pipeline, and travels extensively to develop new markets and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in commercial, technical, or economics-related field.
• 8–10 years of B2B industrial experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
