• Proven success in travel-industry commercial roles with client relations.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L accounts.
• Knowledge of hotel ownership and operator priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary regional contact for member hotels and coordinate with central development.
• Lead member retention through reviews and timely contract renewals.
• Drive profitability via distribution channels and revenue sources.
• Coordinate with revenue, sales, marketing, and accounting teams for regional programs.
• Oversee regional accounts receivable with timely reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with owners and decision-makers to boost engagement.
• Support development opportunities with local market insights and introductions.
