The Budd Group is seeking a dynamic Specialty Business Development Manager to drive high-margin specialty services in commercial facilities, education sectors, and industrial spaces. This field-based role requires proactive prospecting, rapid transactions, and a strong pipeline in Salesforce.

You will partner with local branches to close contracts, travel 60%+ locally, and contribute to uncapped growth in a faith-based culture.

Competenze

2-3+ years continuous B2B route sales experience.
Proven job stability.
Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.
Tech-savvy with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

Spearhead cold prospecting, field drop-ins, and direct outreach.
Sell rapid-cycle, high-margin specialty solutions across facilities, education verticals, and industrial spaces.
Maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce and generate quotes weekly toward a revenue quota.
Partner with local Branch Managers and Account Managers to close contracts.
