Butternut Box is seeking a Recruitment & HR Operations partner to drive talent acquisition for the Build pillar and to nurture our internal culture across the People Team. You will bridge recruitment growth with core HR operations and play a key role in shaping our candidate experience.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles, partnerships with hiring managers, HR admin, onboarding, and systems management in HiBob, plus design of engagement initiatives to keep teams

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting (in-house or agency).
• Ability to map markets and source passive talent creatively.
• Interest in expanding into HR operations, engagement, and data administration.
• Comfort with HRIS/ATS platforms and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Build pillar, from briefing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity.
• Handle core HR operations tasks, contract variations, and employee lifecycle paperwork.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure structured, supportive first weeks.
