Job summary

Heritage is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and close executives and senior hires. You will partner with founders and leadership to shape hiring strategy and build a high-performing team.

You will own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure, coordinating across geographies. Fluent English is required in our fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience recruiting executive profiles in fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirements to closing.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders from technical leaders to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for strategically critical roles across functions.
• Partner with founders and senior leadership to define and execute hiring strategy.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact roles.
• Drive hiring across multiple geographies and markets.
• Ensure a high-quality and rigorous hiring process with a strong candidate experience.
