Working cross-functionally with HR and business teams, you will design solutions for diverse stakeholders, coach leaders, support talent initiatives, and provide regular analyses to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HRBP experience in a tech or services company.
• Strong organisational and goal-setting capabilities.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness and long-term success.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to design solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
• Provide coaching to leaders that fosters development and problem-solving capabilities.
• Guide leaders to understand drivers of employee engagement and their impact on business performance.
• Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes.
• Support the implementation of effective performance management processes.
• Act as a liaison with other HR experts to commission tailored solutions.
