Job summary

Docsity is seeking an HR Generalist to lead and evolve HR across Docsity and group companies. This hands-on role covers recruitment, HR administration and contract management, plus internal stakeholder management.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, contract lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, and alignment with leadership on hiring needs and growth paths. A hybrid model is offered with a Turin office presence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience as HR generalist or People & Culture in fast-paced tech or edtech.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management and HR operations.
• Ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: manage end-to-end hiring across group companies.
• HR administration & contract management for employees, freelancers, suppliers.
• Internal stakeholder management with leadership and teams.
• Compliance & culture: health & safety obligations and inclusive culture.
