Eligo Recruitment in Rome is seeking an experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant to own the tech and ERP/SAP desk on a hybrid basis. You will win new business while growing existing accounts and manage end-to-end searches from brief to placement.

You should have proven agency BD and AM experience, fluent Italian and English, and a track record of delivering high-caliber candidates. The role offers a competitive base, uncapped commission and a clear career ladder.

Eligo Recruitment is growing its Tech practice, and we're looking for an experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant to join us in Rome, someone who's just as motivated by winning new clients as they are by managing and growing the ones they've already got. This isn't a talent acquisition or in-house HR role. You'll be working agency-side, on your own desk, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement. You'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, splitting your time between opening doors with new clients and becoming the trusted partner your existing accounts turn to first, while running high-quality searches to deliver the candidates that keep both sides of that relationship strong.

What you'll be doing

• New business: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Tech and ERP/SAP markets
• Pitching Eligo's services to prospective clients and converting leads into long-term, repeat-business relationships
• Building your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence and reputation in the market
• Account management: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner rather than just a supplier
• Understanding each client's hiring needs in depth, and becoming their go-to for Tech/ERP/SAP talent
• Keeping clients well informed and engaged at every stage, building the kind of relationship that generates repeat instructions and referrals
• Delivery: Running end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for Tech/ERP/SAP roles
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement, keeping candidates well informed throughout
• Building and maintaining a strong network within the Tech and ERP/SAP community
• Keeping across market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant within an agency, with a genuine track record across both business development and account management, this role needs both, not one or the other
• A real appetite for winning new clients, matched by the relationship skills to retain and grow them once won
• Experience recruiting in Tech, or ERP/SAP recruitment, strongly preferred
• Candidates with a broader background across other technology areas are especially welcome, we're keen to bring fresh knowledge and perspective into the team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and candidates at all levels
• Based in or around Rome, with flexibility to work in a hybrid setup
• Fluent in Italian and English ideally
