VHR Global Technical Recruitment seeks an Onsite Recruiter based in Rome to source highly skilled technical candidates for client vacancies across Europe. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and support new hires through relocation, visa status, and regulatory compliance.

Based in Rome, you will ensure candidates settle in and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing a friendly on-site presence and handling travel, visas, and administrative tasks as

Competenze

• Candidates must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

• Identify and connect with highly skilled technical candidates across Europe.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires to client locations in Europe.
• Assist with travel arrangements, visas, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site recruitment and administration support in Rome.
