Della Calza Spa & Foresteria, Florence luxury property, seeks a Front Desk Agent to provide a warm, efficient welcome and seamless guest experiences. You will handle check-in/out, reservations, and guest information with a focus on service excellence.

Required: English at B2 or higher; French and/or German at B2 or higher; 1+ year hotel experience; strong communication and teamwork; weekends/holidays flexible.

Competenze

• High school diploma or degree in tourism/languages (preferred qualification).
• At least 1 year of experience in hotels of the same or higher category.
• Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent command of French and/or German (B2 level or higher).
• Knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with the main OTA channels and reservation systems.

We are a renowned group in the wellness and hospitality sector in Florence. For one of our properties we are looking for, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.

Role Objective

The Front Desk Agent represents the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in providing a warm, efficient and personalized welcome. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations and assisting guests throughout their entire stay.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy and attention.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide detailed information about the property's services, the city and local events.
• Manage telephone and online reservations through the property's management software.
• Keep arrival and departure records up to date.
