Job summary

MEININGER Venezia Mestre is seeking a friendly Receptionist (f/m/d) for part-time work. You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and help ensure a memorable stay while supporting front desk operations in a bustling hostel-hotel hybrid.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus at least one year in hospitality, are required. You’ll work varying shifts including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for staff events and growth within the international MEININGER network.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is required (at least 1 year).
• Knowledge of front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• Outgoing personality in a bustling environment.
• Team player and flexible to weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs from A to Z.
• Answer guests' inquiries and advise on local attractions and services.
• Handle invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks.
• Support occasional F&B tasks (breakfast, dinner, bar) as needed.
• Assist with online reputation management and administrative tasks.
