Job summary

MEININGER Milano Garibaldi is seeking a Night Receptionist (f/m/d) to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a safe, memorable stay in a vibrant, international setting.

You should have hospitality experience, enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere, and be fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency with front desk systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) is a plus. The role offers an attractive salary, extra vacation days, team events, and opportunities to travel for new openings.

• Hospitality experience is required.

• Knowledge of front desk systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Respond to inquiries and direct guests to sights and local info.
• Process invoicing and manage emails and online requests; upsell where appropriate.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.
