Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Roma Termini is seeking a hands-on Supervisor F&B to oversee service and preparation, guiding the team to deliver memorable guest experiences across the bar and dining areas.

You will manage service shifts, uphold MEININGER quality standards, monitor stock, place orders, and work with the Assistant Hotel Manager to maintain a smooth, guest-focused operation. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2) required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and preparation while coordinating with the team to guest satisfaction.
• Organize service shifts and ensure a smooth work atmosphere.
• Lead the service team in collaboration with the Assistant Hotel Manager.
• Observe MEININGER quality standards in public areas, bar and kitchen.
• Monitor stock, place orders for food and consumables, and check deliveries.
