YellowSquare offers a cross-training Internship/Stage in Rome, Milan, or Florence to build a 360-degree foundation in hospitality by training in both Reception and Bar teams.

The program runs 3 months + 3 months, with shifts rotating weekly, 32–40 hours per week, and a compensation of €800 gross per month plus free meals. Afterward, there is a high chance of being hired if roles are available.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English required; extra languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Italy with Codice Fiscale and Residence Permit.
• Energetic, eager to learn, and loves working with people.

Mansioni

During this internship, you will be fully trained in both our Reception and Bar teams to build a 360-degree foundation in the hospitality industry.

What we offer:

• Contract Type: Extracurricular Internship/Stage (3 months + 3 months).
• Weekly Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week (we can define this together).
• Compensation: €800 gross per month + free meals.

What are we looking for?

• Shift Flexibility: Shifts rotate weekly between mornings and evenings (no longer than 22:00).
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any extra language is a massive plus!).

After the internship, there is a high chance of being hired, depending on our open roles.
In order to be considered for this position you need to have the necessary documents to be hired in Italy, such as Codice Fiscale and Residence Permit.
