YellowSquare Milan is seeking a Square Enthusiast who will be the heart of the guest experience, juggling Reception and Bar duties depending on the hostel’s needs.

You’ll join an international team and have real opportunities for professional development in a lively, community-driven setting in central Milan.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in Reception, Bartending, or Barista roles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
• Flexible to work a shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Fluent English and Italian, other languages a plus.

YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Square Enthusiast (Mixité position). You’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar depending on the needs of the hostel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check-ins, and handling check-outs;
• Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;
• Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make every guest’s stay unforgettable;
• Being a proactive problem-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events;
• Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments.

What you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
• Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team;
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends;
• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
• High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!).
