JO&JOE è un marchio nato nel 2017; in Roma centrale cerca personale per accogliere gli ospiti e supportare banchetti ed eventi in un contesto cosmopolita. Lavorerai a contatto con viaggiatori e residenti, contribuendo all’offerta F&B e agli eventi dell’ostello.

È richiesta italian madrelingua, inglese base per interazioni quotidiane e disponibilità a turni, compresi weekend e festività. Si valorizza passione per l’ospitalità e un atteggiamento flessibile.

Competenze

• Madrelingua italiana; inglese base o conversazionale per interazioni quotidiane con gli ospiti.
• La conoscenza di una terza lingua è un bonus fantastico.

Mansioni

• Servizio al tavolo: accoglienza ospiti, presa ordini, upselling e servizio sala per colazione, pranzo e cena.
• Supporto al bar: assistenza al team bar per caffè, bevande semplici e stuzzichini.
• Gestione eventi: allestimento e servizio durante eventi privati, serate a tema e musica dal vivo.
• Relazioni con gli ospiti: condividere conoscenze sul menu e sui servizi.
• Operazioni: pulizia, ordine e standard estetici nelle aree dining e comuni; chiusura giornata e report tramite CRM/ sistema operativo.

• Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
• Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
• Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
• Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.

Qualifiche

• Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic bonus.
• Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
