• Team Guidance: Being the daily "go‑to" person for the crew, clarifying tasks, and keeping spirits high during peak hours.
• Business Support: Assisting with admin, inventory, and reporting, while learning the ropes of Italian local regulations and hospitality tech.
• Guest Experience: Resolving issues on the fly and maintaining the high service standards YellowSquare is famous for.

What You Should Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Versatility: You are equally comfortable behind a coffee machine/cocktail shaker as you are behind a PMS system.
