YellowSquare offers a cross-training Internship/Stage in Rome, Milan, or Florence to build a 360-degree foundation in hospitality by training in both Reception and Bar teams.

The program runs 3 months + 3 months, with shifts rotating weekly, 32–40 hours per week, and a compensation of €800 gross per month plus free meals. Afterward, there is a high chance of being hired if roles are available.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English required; extra languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Italy with Codice Fiscale and Residence Permit.
• Energetic, eager to learn, and loves working with people.

Mansioni

• Train in both Reception and Bar teams to build a 360-degree hospitality foundation.
• Support daily operations and guest interactions during the internship.
• Transition to potential future hiring if roles are available.
