YellowSquare is hiring for a Reception & Bar Support role that blends front desk duties with bar service. You will work across Reception and Bar departments, gaining a 360-degree view of hospitality in a vibrant, global setting.

We require enrollment in the protected categories per Italian Law 68/99 Art. 1, weekly rotating shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, and a genuine passion for people. Italian and English fluency are essential; extra languages are a plus.

What we offer:

• Contract Type: Part-time (21–24 hours / 5 days per week) – 1-year contract.

What are we looking for?

• Legal Requirement: Mandatory enrollment in the Protected Categories list (Italian Law 68/99 Art. 1 – work capacity reduction over 45%).
• Shift Flexibility: Hostel life never stops! Your shifts will rotate on a weekly basis, alternating between mornings, afternoons, and evenings based on company needs (earliest shift starts at 07:00, latest ends at 22:00).
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any additional language is a massive plus!).
