YellowSquare Milan is seeking a Square Enthusiast to be the heart of the guest experience, blending Reception and Bar duties to welcome international guests.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers nights and weekend shifts, competitive benefits, staff discounts, and opportunities for growth within a vibrant hostel culture in Milan.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista).
• Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!).

YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Square Enthusiast (Mixité position). You’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar depending on the needs of the hostel.
