Job summary

ABB is seeking a Facility Manager to join its Real Estate function in Italy's Lazio region. You will lead initiatives to improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, working with site and facility management teams, project managers, and external providers.

You will define processes, support real estate initiatives, and maintain ABB property databases, delivering accurate records and continuous improvements in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in civil engineering/construction projects.
• Experience with industrial infrastructure maintenance and project management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining, implementing, and optimizing processes and action plans for improvement within area of responsibility.
• Support special real estate initiatives and maintain ABB property databases.
• Collaborate with Site Management, Facility Management, Project Managers and external service providers.
• Recommend changes to systems and assist in implementation of upgrades.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date property records and data.
