Job summary

ABB is seeking a dedicated Electrical/Electronic Engineering professional to lead product development and lifecycle activities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, manage costs and schedules, and ensure the delivery of customer value through the ABB gate model.

A strong CAD, PLM, and SAP skillset with bilingual Italian/English communication is essential. On-site role with flexible working hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of electronic manufacturing technologies.
• Proficient with Windchill PLM, SAP, MS Office and CAD tools.

Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales.
