ABB is seeking a Customer Support professional to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, adopt digital tools, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes improving the customer experience through AI-enabled tools and automated processes, within a hybrid work model and a dynamic industrial environment.

Candidates should have a degree in related fields, strong Excel and data-visualization skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
