Sécheron Hasler Group is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Engineer in Verona to manage CS project activities from offer to execution, including on-site support and training. You will coordinate with R&D, production and service teams to deliver solutions.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with French and German a plus. An engineering background in electricity, telecoms, industrial or mechanical domains and 5+ years of systems engineering or project management experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in electricity, telecommunications, industrial or mechanical domains.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or development.
• Fluency in English and Italian; French and German are a plus.
• Ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of offers independently.
• Effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with solid IT skills.
• Desirable knowledge or interest in cybersecurity.

Mansioni

• Manage CS project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support.
• Prepare refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements.
• Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests.
• Coordinate internally (R&D, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
• Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions.
• Contribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders.
• Deliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required.
• Communicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management.
