HaslerRail AG in Verona, Italy, seeks a dynamic Customer Service Engineer to manage CS project activities from offer to on-site delivery. You will prepare refurbishment and technical service offers while coordinating with R&D, production and repair teams.

The role requires an engineering degree or railway sector experience, 5+ years in systems engineering or project management, and fluency in English and Italian (French/German a plus).

Mansioni

• Manage CS project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders and on-site support.
• Prepare refurbishment and technical service offers for obsolete or third-party products.
• Act as primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims and support requests.
• Coordinate with R&D, system engineering, production and repair teams to resolve issues and ensure delivery.
• Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions.
• Deliver training sessions or on-site investigations when required.
• Communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
