Belmond's Venice Simplon-Orient-Express is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead planning, execution, and governance of all carriage and equipment upkeep. You will implement maintenance strategies, supervise a team of technicians, and ensure safe, reliable operation of the rolling stock in line with ECM standards and regulatory requirements.

Based in Venice/Italy, you will manage budgets, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with operations and on-board teams to

Competenze

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies.
• Conduct inspections and assess rolling stock maintenance needs.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor plan with ECM3 and ECM Standard 2019/779.

Mansioni

• Oversee maintenance execution ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with operations and on-board staff to minimize disruption.
