Railpool is seeking a focused Maintenance Documentation Engineer to draft and update maintenance documentation for locomotives operating in Italy, ensuring compliance with European Regulation 2019/779. You will track hardware/software configurations and support ECM functions in an international setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical roles, strong problem‑solving, and fluent Italian with English at B2 level.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or management engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical roles; railway business is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Fluent in Italian and at least B2 level in English.

Mansioni

• Draft, update, and implement maintenance documentation for Railpool locomotives operating in Italy in accordance with European Regulation 2019/779.
• Track and manage the hardware and software configuration of the fleet.
• Provide technical support to other ECM functions.
• Actively participate in the international ECM II function community.
• Support the Italy ECM II manager in continuous improvement of fleet maintenance development.
• Monitor fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability.
