Railpool is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) in Savona, Italy. The role focuses on drafting and implementing maintenance documentation for locomotives under ECM II, and on tracking hardware/software configuration across the fleet.

You will collaborate with internal teams and international ECM II peers, supporting the Italy ECM II manager and driving improvements while ensuring high reliability and availability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical or management engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical roles; railway knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in teams and independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Fluency in Italian and English (English minimum B2).

Mansioni

• Draft, update and implement maintenance documentation for Railpool locomotives operating in Italy under ECM II.
• Track and manage hardware and software configuration of the fleet.
• Provide technical support to ECM functions and participate in the international ECM II community.
• Support the Italy ECM II manager in fleet maintenance development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability.
