Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Rail Domain Consultant to lead the functional design of an MMIS, bridging maintenance engineering and IT implementation teams. The role focuses on ensuring high fleet availability and regulatory compliance across fixed and linear assets.

Candidates with 10+ years in Rail Maintenance Operations, two large MMIS implementations, and fluency in Italian will thrive. Strong consulting, process-led thinking, and English for international standards are essential.

• Deep Rail Background with depot-era knowledge and maintenance cycles.
• Experience leading at least two large-scale EAM/MMIS implementations in transport.
• Fluency in Italian regulatory environment for rail.
