Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Rail Domain Consultant in Rome to lead the functional design of a Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS). You will connect maintenance engineering teams with IT implementation, defining a blueprint to maximize fleet availability and regulatory compliance across assets.

Candidates should have 10+ years in rail maintenance, proven EAM/MMIS leadership, and fluency in Italian with English for international projects.

Competenze

10+ years in Rail Maintenance Operations or Rolling Stock Engineering.
Led at least two large-scale EAM/MMIS implementations (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP EAM) in transportation.
Fluent in Italian; English required for international standards.

Mansioni

Define the functional blueprint for maintenance management information systems.
Bridge customer maintenance engineering teams and IT implementation teams.
Ensure asset hierarchies and data structures support both fixed and linear/mobile assets.
