Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience working within Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing business, with a good understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Fluent Italian (advanced level) and professional English (C1 level).
• Internal Auditor against ISO9001:2015 standard.
• Understand modern manufacturing philosophies i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC.

Responsibilities

• QMS Maintenance: Developing, updating, and enforcing SOPs and policies.
• Auditing & Compliance: Conducting internal audits to ensure ISO/TS compliance.
• CAPA: Identifying, analyzing, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Documentation Control: Managing quality documentation, records, and certifications.
• Main interface of system Certificate Inspector and support for product certification audits.
• Owner of certifications renewal.
