Job summary

Rotork Plc seeks a Quality Engineer to support the product development team in quality assurance, resolving defects and ensuring customer specifications are met. You will oversee QA across operations, promoting excellence in products, processes, and systems.

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and involves implementing QA protocols, audits, and continuous improvement, plus training staff on current quality standards. Bachelors in engineering and 3–4 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of related quality assurance experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols to ensure standards.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
