Job summary

Rotork, a global leader in flow control and instrumentation, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team. You will oversee QA, resolve defects, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams and reports to the Quality Supervisor to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications. Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree, 3–4 years of experience, and fluent English and Italian, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3/4 years of related experience required.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the product development team for quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Oversee all aspects of quality within operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead audits and inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.
• Participate in development and review of project plans to ensure defined quality requirements.
