Applegreen seeks a General Manager for a QSR inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee day-to-day operations and profitability, lead a dedicated team, and ensure sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. You will recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and work with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and

• Lead and develop a high-performing QSR team to meet sales and service targets.
• Demonstrate delegation, multi-tasking and issue-resolution skills.
• Drive profitability while maintaining brand standards and food safety.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR consistently meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture of learning, development, and recognition.
• Consistently recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, promotion, disciplinary action, termination, or transfer of the QSR team.
• Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures along with local, state, & federal laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
• Maintain seamless, cooperative relationships with business partners, vendors, and the communities.
