Lowe's is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and margin, and build a high-performing team. You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe's business strategy and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires managing expenses, merchandising standards, safety and compliance, and workforce planning while maintaining Lowe's brand in the community. Travel is occasional for meetings and trainings.

Competenze

• 4 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment, with Sales Volume exceeding 20M annually.
• 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
