Scalian is seeking a Python Developer to join our team in Napoli, focusing on AI and computer vision projects. You will work on developing AI-based solutions, analysing requirements, and contributing to edge and server deployments within our CIS/HMAX ecosystem.

You will handle datasets, train and retrain models, implement object detection and image processing algorithms, and ensure robust testing and integration.

Competenze

• Experience in Python and developing AI-based solutions.
• Strong background in computer vision and image recognition using OpenCV.
• Experience in managing and analysing datasets.
• Knowledge of YOLO and C/C++.
• Experience developing for electronic boards/embedded systems.
• Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
• Fluent English is expected.

Mansioni

• Analyze and define functional and technical requirements.
• Develop Computer Vision and AI solutions for pantograph anomaly detection.
• Prepare and analyze datasets including model training and tuning.
• Develop, test and validate object detection and image processing algorithms.
• Integrate the solution within CIS/HMAX architecture on Edge and server.
• Perform testing, performance assessment and optimization.
• Support field testing and V&V activities with technical teams and the customer.
• Manage code, CI, automated testing and deployment.
