Imolaengineering is seeking a Junior / Mid AI Software Engineer on a freelance basis to integrate intelligent features from prototypes to finished products. You will work on computer vision and deep neural networks, applying edge AI or cloud-based ML solutions.

This flexible collaboration suits freelancers seeking meaningful AI challenges without a full-time commitment, with opportunities to contribute across hardware, firmware, and cloud interfaces.

Competenze

• Experience integrating AI models into software systems.
• Familiarity with edge deployment and optimization techniques (TensorRT, ONNX).
• Hands-on work with computer vision, NLP embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Proficient coding in Python and/or C++ for AI integration.
• Ability to prepare data pipelines and assist model fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and cloud engineers on full-stack solutions.
• Document work and share insights to guide design decisions.

Mansioni

• Integrate AI models into new or existing software systems.
• Support edge deployment with relevant optimizations (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime).
• Work with NLP models to generate embeddings and build RAG pipelines.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code for AI integration (Python, C++, or similar).
