Thales Alenia Space in Rome is seeking a Senior AI/ML & Edge Computing Engineer to design and implement advanced solutions for space applications. You will work across software and hardware domains, contributing to IVVQ activities and system integration, while shaping project requirements and architecture.

The role offers the chance to lead engineering projects, mentor teammates and drive innovation in a highly collaborative environment.

Competenze

Master's degree in a relevant engineering or physics field.
Proven experience in software/hardware and IVVQ activities.
Strong interest in AI/ML and edge computing.
Ability to design innovative solutions for customer needs.

Mansioni

Analyse customer needs through advanced studies and models.
Formalise specifications and architecture used to propose the best solution to clients.
Prepare and carry out integration, verification and validation tests.
Define test plans and procedures for system level testing.
Ensure the technical integration and coherence of the system design, interfaces, and performances.
