Job summary

WSP in Italia is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Italy Business Development team. The role covers the full tender lifecycle—from opportunity analysis to documentation coordination, submissions through portals and post-award activities.

You will work with Business Development, technical, Commercial, Legal and GRC teams to ensure complete, compliant proposals delivered on time, while maintaining rigorous records and process quality.

Qualifications

• Structured and detail-oriented role focused on tender coordination.
• Must read tender documentation and manage submission deadlines.
• Excellent organization and communication with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities and plan tender submissions.
• Coordinate administrative declarations, certificates and bid materials.
• Gather inputs from commercial, technical, legal and GRC teams.
• Upload and submit proposals through portals, ensuring completeness and deadlines.
• Maintain organized archives and reusable documents for tenders.
