Job summary

WSP in Italia is seeking a Sustainable Buildings and Infrastructure Specialist to join the Sustainability advisory team in Turin (preferred) or Milan, with flexible hybrid work and potential travel. You will develop and deliver sustainability, decarbonization and climate adaptation guidance for buildings and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related sustainability-focused field.
• At least five years of sustainability experience for buildings/infrastructure.
• Experience in bids, tenders, and business development.
• Knowledge of Italian, European and international regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of LCA software such as OneClickLCA or SimaPro.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainability, decarbonization and climate adaptation advice for buildings and infrastructure.
• Deliver climate risk assessments and guidance across lifecycle stages.
• Support project management, bids and public tenders, and client development.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality outputs.
• Contribute to proposals and technical reports.
