Job summary

WSP in Italia is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the full tender lifecycle across Italy in a hybrid setup (Torino or Milano). You will analyze opportunities, prepare documentation, coordinate inputs from commercial, technical, legal and GRC teams, and submit proposals via procurement portals, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes precision, organization and proactive stakeholder management within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

Background in law, administration, business, economics or related field or equivalent practical experience in tender coordination.
2 to 5 years of experience in public or private tenders, tender office activities, proposal coordination or bid processes.
Ability to read tender documentation and manage deadlines and checklists.
Professional fluency in Italian and English is a must.
Excellent organization and communication to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Tender analysis and planning: review documents, identify requirements and deadlines.
Proposal documentation: prepare declarations, company info, certificates and bid materials.
Stakeholder coordination: collect inputs from commercial, technical, legal, GRC and admin teams.
Portal management and submissions: upload and submit through procurement portals on time.
Process quality and organization: maintain archives and reusable documents.
