Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Project Manager, Sports (Hybrid) based near Florence, Italy. You will manage client relationships and coordinate accommodation, travel and transfers for events, working mostly from home with bi-monthly in-person meetings in Florence.

Ideal candidates have several years of event organization experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. The role involves occasional travel and collaboration with global teams in a dynamic travel environment.

Full time, Temporary, Florence (no more than one to two hour away), Italy

The role is home based. You will work from home most of the time. You will be asked to come to our office in Florence for team meetings and trainings twice monthly (usually on a Thursday).

The Project Manager, Sports owns and manages client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request.
